What we collect

• The property URL you submit. Used to fetch the listing and run the checks that make up your report.
• The email address you provide at checkout. Used to send you the finished report and, if needed, contact you about it.
• Basic payment metadata. The amount, currency, and a payment reference returned by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number or full card details.

Payments are handled by Stripe

We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, to take payment. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never sent to or stored by Rooph. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your data.
• We don't pass your details to estate agents or brokers.
• We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that profile you.
• We don't require you to create an account.

Retention

We keep your report and the associated payment record for as long as we need to meet tax, accounting, and refund obligations. You can ask us to delete your report at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
