Roophworks for the buyer. That position only holds if we keep our incentives clean. Here is what we will and won't do with data.
We sell reports. That's it.
Our only revenue is the price you pay for a report. We don't take referral fees, kickbacks, or commissions from estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, insurers, or any other party connected to your purchase.
We never sell your data.
The property URL you submit, the report we generate, and any payment details you provide are not sold, licensed, or traded. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which adverts lead to a report, which tells Google that a purchase happened but never shares the URL, the report, or your payment details.
We don't sell leads or introductions.
We will not pass your details to estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, removal firms, or anyone else hoping to win your business. If a service ever appears alongside a Rooph report, we are not earning from sending you there.
We don't train models on your reports.
Reports we generate for you are yours. We don't pool them into training sets or resell aggregated insights about your search behaviour.
